We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher, ideally with experience in the pastoral field.
This position has arisen due to restructuring of our pastoral teams. A Head of Year plays a key role within the pastoral structure of the school and is essential in maintaining the purposeful environment in which students excel, supporting both their academic and social environment and personal wellbeing.
Although our preferred specialist subjects would be Maths, MFL, Philosophy (RE), Geography, Classics/Latin, Computing/Economics and History, we would be keen to receive applications for these important roles from any outstanding teachers.
All staff receive high-quality CPD opportunities. The school is rated outstanding by Ofsted and the latest report stated “This is an outstanding school in all respects. The school brings the best out of these able girls, who enjoy their learning in this challenging and supportive environment.”
