Saint Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic Academy are looking for a forward thinking, solution focused, energetic and driven leader to join our Pastoral Support Team as a Head Of Year during the maternity leave of the current post-holder. The successful candidate will lead a Year group with support from the Safeguarding and Behaviour Lead and other Senior Leaders to develop and provide a complementary service to teachers and support staff in school, addressing the needs of students in order to achieve their full potential.
