Head of Year (with subject teaching preferably in maths, science, computer science or business)

PACA is expanding and we are seeking new staff to join our team to provide the same high quality learning experience that have brought PACA its rising popularity.  

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to take on the role of head of year to teach across the school to GCSE level and to lead one year group.  We are looking for candidates with a passion for their chosen subject and for pastoral support.

Portslade Aldridge Community Academy is an 11-16 state funded Academy.  PACA is part of the Aldridge Multi-Academy Trust. As a group of schools we are collectively committed to developing all members of staff through our whole school coaching programme.  We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
