St Bonaventure’s Catholic Primary School is a popular, diverse and highly regarded two-form entry school with 403 pupils located in Bishopston, North
Bristol. It has an exceptional reputation in both the local and Catholic communities, and has consistently appeared in the list of top 10 primary schools
in North Bristol in terms of KS2 results.

Due to the retirement of our longstanding Head teacher, the Governing body is looking to recruit an inspirational, highly motivated, practising Catholic
Head teacher who can start on 1 September 2019. The salary band will be L18-24 (£60,755 to £70,370).

We are very proud of the 'outstanding' rating in our last Diocesan inspection. In our most recent Ofsted inspection we were rated as ‘good’ and have
aspirations to be ‘outstanding’ in our next inspection. We place clear emphasis on nurturing the children’s wider personal and academic development.
A distinctive feature of the school, identified by Ofsted, is “the shared commitment to educating the ‘whole child’ shining through wherever you step.”
