·        Highly competent and knowledgeable about curriculum, data and assessment

·        Passionate about pupil progress and the development of teaching and learning at all levels

·        Able to work well in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors in monitoring and evaluating the standards of teaching and learning within school
