Applications are invited for the post of Head Teacher at India’s first British Partnership school, located on a striking 21-acre purpose-built site in the city of Rohtak, 65km north west of Delhi.

King’s College India has partnered with King’s College Taunton, a leading British independent school, to establish this 3-18 co-educational day and boarding school offering the best of a British education shaped by an appreciation of eastern culture.

After an initial development phase, the school opened its doors in March 2017 quickly becoming an extremely popular choice for parents in the local area and families relocating to the region. You will lead the growth and development of the school ensuring students benefit from a well-rounded and academically-excellent education. Boarding is central to a rich co-curricular offering and it is envisaged that, in time, up to half of students will be weekly or full boarders.

You will have excellent cultural understanding or be culturally curious and able to shape your approach to get the very best from your team. You will be an experienced and resilient leader able to inspire a dedicated expatriate and local teaching team to deliver an international education of exceptional quality.
