Avondale Preparatory School requires for the Summer Term (April 2019), a well motivated and enthusiastic leader, keen to be part of a highly successful, small and friendly school with an outstanding academic reputation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build on the successes of the last inspection and take the school forward to the next inspection cycle in 2021. Extension of the contract is a distinct possibility. The post would be ideal for a candidate seeking their first headship where plenty of support will be made available, or for an experienced individual. A ‘hands-on’ approach is a pre-requisite, together with a commitment to the wider school picture.
