Headmaster

Due to the retirement of the incumbent, we are looking for a dynamic and well-qualified individual with a proven record in teaching and leadership in senior, post-secondary or tertiary institutions.

The Headmaster must be well-informed, resourceful and adaptable, in order continually to improve on KYUEM’s proud record of placing students in the world’s top universities. H/she will be required to command effective academic and managerial leadership among KYUEM’s local & international staff, whilst attending to the challenges of a rapidly changing education environment. Excellent administrative and planning, and interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Applicants, ideally with post-graduate qualifications, should have no less than 20 years' experience in teaching and managing UK-based programmes and educational institutions. Prior experience in an international environment will be a distinct advantage.

The Headmaster is expected to report for duty in July 2018 or earlier if possible.
