Oaks International School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Headteacher to develop and grow this ISP school, from September 2019.

Oaks International School (OIS) is part of The International Schools Partnership (ISP), which was founded in 2012 and is now a global family of over 40 schools worldwide, all sharing a passion for learning. OIS is a co-educational international day school for pupils aged 2 to 11, following the British National Curriculum and the International Primary Curriculum. Situated in parkland in a beautiful, recently extended and refurbished listed building, the School has 70 students from 11 countries.

The School is now looking to appoint a Headteacher who will:

  • have a passion for learning
  • have proven and successful experience in Primary School leadership
  • be a collegiate and collaborative team- player, capable when necessary of decisive management
  • communicate confidently and command the interest and imagination of staff, students  and parents
  • excel as a strategic and intuitive thinker, with the capacity to deliver on time and in budget first-class  outcomes  for  students,  parents and staff
  • be a person of kindness and absolute integrity who will always put the needs of the pupils first

1st round interviews will be in the week commencing Monday 25th March
