We are looking for a new Headteacher who:
- Will uphold a strong Christian ethos; embracing an environment that is friendly, dynamic, open andengaging, ensuring all children feel equally valued for their culture and contributions
- Is outwardly focused, with the ability to recognise educational, political and community changes and challenges that may affect the school and collaborate effectively, with other stakeholders
- Dynamically and innovatively motivates staff, parents and children, strategically and effectively, through all processes and management
