The Governing Board is seeking to appoint a Headteacher who will continue to lead and inspire the next phase of the schools development after six very successful years of leadership from our current Headteacher, you must be able to share our passion for comprehensive education, demonstrate outstanding leadership, management and interpersonal skills. With significant experience at a senior leadership level you will need to be an inspiring team leader and have empathy with our school values and vision

Middlewich High School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Middlewich, Cheshire. At its most recent inspection, there were 701 pupils aged 11-16 on the school roll.

The town of Middlewich is known for its three canals and has good motorway links to nearby Manchester and Liverpool. Middlewich High School was opened in 1906 and has remained on the same site ever since.

Middlewich High School converted to an academy school in December 2021 and joined the Sir John Brunner Foundation.
