The Governing Body is pleased to invite applications for the post of Headteacher at Kirkbie Kendal School following the retirement of the current post holder. This is an exciting opportunity in a thriving, over-subscribed, mixed comprehensive school with 1014 students aged between 11 and 18, located on the south side of Kendal on the edge of the Lake District.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational school leader with the skills, ambition, energy and enthusiasm to drive our school forward through its next stages of development and who will challenge, engage and inspire everyone in the school community to be their very best. We are passionate about teaching and learning and committed to the achievement, wellbeing and happiness of our students and staff.
