Telscombe Cliffs Community Primary School and Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Headteacher to lead our friendly, vibrant school. Everyone at our school is committed to high expectations and aspirations – we want all learners to reach their full potential. Everything we do is underpinned by creativity and imagination. Our motto is ‘Learning with no Limits’ and we encourage our children and staff to aim high. Applications are invited from highly motivated leaders who know and understand how to achieve outstanding classroom practice and lead our strong and dedicated team. The school is a local authority, maintained school but the governors are currently exploring whether academisation may bring further capacity and any Headteacher who is appointed would be fully consulted on this.

• is able to demonstrate experience of leading a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ school.

• is able to develop/maintain good working relationships with staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
• is able to demonstrate that they can meet all of the requirements of our Person Specification.
