You

You will have a proven track record of leadership and teambuilding, preferably at headship level, alongside outstanding management and teaching skills. You will be approachable, flexible and adaptable – constantly looking for ways to improve, inspire and challenge teachers and pupils alike to achieve amazing results. You will also be genuinely committed to collaborating with and listening to our Schools’ community.
