Job/Person Summary

Hollywater School is a dedicated, purpose-built SEND school for children and young people aged 4-19 with a range of needs. The Governing Body is looking to improve the school in several key areas, and is seeking a new headteacher to work in partnership with the governors to lead strategic development, setting out new values and an ambitious vision.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven leadership, management and communication skills. 
  • Inspire, challenge and empower staff and pupils to succeed.
  • Forge relationships with parents, carers and the local community.
