Financial management is a key focus for the new Headteacher, so we are looking for someone with a proven track record in this area. You will need to be an inspiring people manager and supportive of your team, an effective communicator who is able to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Watchlytes School is a one form entry school in the popular residential area of Panshanger in Welwyn Garden City. The school is set in attractive grounds which are ideal for outdoor work and PE. We also have excellent ICT facilities including a computer suite and multimedia equipment.
