Building on what is already a very strong and successful school, The Board of Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Headteacher who has a clear vision, strong leadership skills and the dedication to build upon its achievements.

West Ham Church Primary is a voluntary controlled Church of England Primary School with a strong Christian ethos and excellent links within a wider multi - ethnic community.

We are a one and a half form entry school with a flourishing nursery and excellent resources. 

The Governing Body is looking for a leader who will inspire the whole school community to continue the journey to achieve outstanding status and maintain high quality outcomes for every child in the school.

Our school has extremely well behaved and motivated children, a hardworking and committed team of teachers and support staff, a Governing Body who know, challenge and support the school together with a community which shares and contributes to our values and ethos.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a candidate with previous experience at a senior leadership level who can demonstrate effective whole school management and a commitment to lead and develop the school’s Christian ethos.
