Job overview

Are you passionate about achieving outstanding teaching and learning in every classroom? Do you want to inspire children through engaging curriculums, and do you excel at developing your teaching staff to be the best they can possibly be? If so, then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a passionate individual who relishes the opportunity to lead in all areas of education and is driven by establishing a culture of pupil and staff happiness, safety and personal growth.

The E-ACT leadership model allows Headteachers to focus on what they do best – improving the performance of staff, pupils and the academy’s reach in the local community. The operational management of the school is run by a Regional Operations Director, meaning that they will be responsible for budget management, estates management, line management of operational support staff or ICT in the academy.

If you are an established Headteacher who is excited by our model of leadership then we want to hear from you!

Ofsted report

“Pupils conduct themselves well, both in lessons and around the school site. They have positive attitudes to learning. Leaders who are responsible for safeguarding ensure that pupils are safe, and that those who are potentially vulnerable receive appropriate support. Children in the early years make good progress in their learning due to the effective support that they receive from their teachers. Students in the sixth form achieve well due to the appropriateness of the courses that they study, and the close support that they receive from their teachers and the head of sixth form.”
