Full Time: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 

Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (to be taken during school holidays)

Due to increased sixth form numbers  Langley Park School for Girls is seeking to appoint a PA to the Headteacher. The successful candidate will support the Headteacher in the effective running of the school by providing high quality secretarial and administrative support for all aspects of school business. 

LPGS is a large, over-subscribed, 11-19 school with a co-educational Sixth Form. We consistently achieve the best academic results in Bromley whilst being actively committed to character education and the empowerment of our young people. The successful candidate will be:

• Highly organised with effective time management skills to manage a diverse workload, whilst maintaining attention to detail

• Discreet at all times

• Have the ability to work under pressure and maintain an optimistic and positive attitude

• Able to undertake a diverse role within the team

• A strong team player and confident user of Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams and Excel etc with a positive attitude to working with students, staff and parents

• Equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to demonstrate personal integrity, dedication and commitment to the school 

• Actively committed to diversity and equality
