Job overview

We are an active, hard working and child focussed, staff, PTA and governing body who are dedicated to realising the potential of the 405 pupils on roll.

We are looking for someone who will be:

  • ready for their next challenge and has experience of leadership across the school, to guide us to continue our journey towards excellence * a highly effective school leader with a strong sense of direction, vision and the ability to inspire and engage others, building positive relationships and consensus to gain the necessary support and commitment from diverse stakeholders to unite around a vision
  • able to lead effectively a culture of challenge and high expectations, where all pupils can achieve success and be engaged in personalised learning, supported by a curriculum offer appropriate to their individual needs, aspirations and abilities
  • able to empower the teaching staff to deliver high-quality outcomes for all pupils using innovative strategies and ambitious targets 
  • a role model for continuous learning, providing formal and informal development support, offering professional up-to-date views, opinions and advice and encouraging a reflective, collaborative approach to embed a culture of learning.
