They will be expected to lead on collaboration with other schools, the Local Authority and other organisations for the benefit of our pupils and their families.  They will deliver strategies designed to help all our children to become resilient and determined learners who are curious, thoughtful and creative. They will need to be courageous and just; respecting that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
