We are a boy's school with co-educational Sixth Form. There are currently 1039 pupils on roll; approximately 100 of these are boarders. The Sixth Form has about 368 students of whom just over 90 are girls.

We are seeking to appoint an adaptable, confident and caring professional to co-ordinate the health and medical needs for the School, including the implementation of health care plans for those students identified as having a health need and be responsible for the organisation of vaccination programmes for students and the upkeep of staff First Aid training.

The role is for 22.50 hours per week, term-time plus 1 week.

Haberdashers' Adams (formerly Adams' Grammar School) is a co-ed selective state grammar school in the market town of Newport, Shropshire, founded in 1656.The School welcomes boys aged 11-18 as day boys or boarders, and girls aged 16-18 as day girls in our Sixth Form.

Entrance to the School is highly competitive. The most common points of entry are via an 11+ examination or following GCSE exam results. Former pupils of the school are known as Old Novaportans.
