Health and Social Care Teacher - Maternity Cover until June 2019
Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is seeking a talented and driven individual to fulfil the role of Health and Social care teacher to cover the maternity leave of the postholder. We are looking to recruit an individual with flair, drive and the desire to make a real difference to Academy outcomes.
You will be an excellent practitioner, contributing to our teaching and learning by example. You will be confident ambassador for the school and passionate about driving a curriculum and educational provision that is demanding yet inclusive. The role offers the successful candidate a challenge that will be both rewarding and fulfilling, with the support to achieve your own personal career goals and aspirations, whilst demonstrating a real commitment to co-operative values and principles.

Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is a 'Good' school in Leeds (Ofsted, 2024) with Outstanding features. It is an 11-18 Academy with a Sixth Form and an intake of over 1000 students and around 135 staff. Originally a co-operative foundation school and part of the Leeds Co-operative School’s Network, they joined the Co-operative Academies Trust in July 2017.
