
High Level Teaching Assistant - Literacy

HLTA – LITERACY (X 2)
Actual Salary:
Unqualified: £13,036.61 (OA4)
Qualified: £16,295.76 (OA6)
Hours: 30 hours per week (8.30am - 3.30pm)
Contract: Term time + 2 days
Location: Newport Pagnell campus
As High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will complement our teachers’ delivery of the national curriculum, effectively contributing to the high quality teaching and learning we provide.
Your role will include working collaboratively with teaching staff and teaching assistants to provide support to individual students / small groups, assisting with planning, along with leading workshops and lessons as required.
Previous experience within a HLTA or similar education based position, along with behaviour management and classroom cover experience would be beneficial.
A HLTA qualification is desired for the above positions, however training could be provided, where relevant experience is held.
