We are seeking to appoint a talented, committed and highly-motivated Higher Level Learning Support Assistant to work as a key worker in our Key Stage 3 Centre.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values and ethos of London East Alternative Provision and a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes for students with significant individual needs and whose previous experience of schooling has, for whatever reasons, not been wholly positive.
If appointed, you will be joining a team committed to continuing the rapid pace of improvement, already acknowledged by Challenge Partners and most recently Ofsted.
Must have strong literacy & numeracy skills as well as a willingness to be flexible.
