We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to commence at Co-op Academy Grange as soon as possible.

  • You’ll compliment the professional work of teachers and support in the core curriculum area of English at Co-op Academy Grange.  
  • You’ll support the classroom teacher in ensuring that a high-quality learning experience is provided to students to assist them in achieving their expected levels of progress.
  • You’ll have HLTA status or equivalent or be aspiring to it and demonstrate the ability to work at this level.  A Level 2 or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject are is essential.
  • You’ll ideally have previous HLTA experience coupled with the ability to enthuse and motivate young people.
  • You’ll join a talented staff team and a successful partnership of schools which is committed to raising the educational ambitions of the communities it serves.  As part of the Trust we can offer successful candidates a huge variety of opportunities for development and progression across all phases.
