Weeks Term Time only + 1 week (5 INSET Days) = £19,881 to £22,837

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join Tottington High School as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. You will be joining a professional team working in ‘The Hub’, our new Inclusion Facility. Tottington High School is part of the Shaw Education Trust which is committed and dedicated to Inclusion and developing every child to the best of their abilities. 

The successful applicant will possess ambition and motivation to make a positive impact in our excellent Inclusion Faculty (SEND). You must have experience and knowledge of social, emotional and mental health aspects of SEND to work in ‘The Hub’. Reporting to the SENDCo and Assistant SENDco, you will act as a Key Worker for identified pupils in order to motivate and encourage them to achieve success. 

We are a school where children are offered a unique and inspiring curriculum, which enables each child to meet their full potential both now and in the future.  Our inquiry-based curriculum promotes the highest standards of literacy and mathematics skills whilst allowing pupils to develop their curiosity and thirst for learning, a sense of personal health wellbeing and a creative approach to problem solving.  We aim to inspire and enthuse every pupil through the challenge of learning.
