Job overview
The role:
Take a lead role within the ASD Resource Provision of the school providing mentoring and guidance for the students within the Resource Provision which includes working from the ASD Base and also within classrooms
To remove barriers to learning, progress and achievement through mentoring, coaching and signposting to additional support services
To work with groups of children under the supervision of the teacher including the delivery of programmes of work and implementation of IEHCPs. This should be done in collaboration with the ASD Lead and SENCO
