Are you experienced in interventions and 1 to 1 work with young people?

We wish to appoint two outstanding HLTAs. The successful candidates will provide support to students, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, especially within Mathematics and English, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement. Your role will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under the supervision of SENCo, Subject Leaders for English and Mathematics. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or, intervention programmes.

From June 2022 we are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education, to support the learning of students with a range of special education needs.

The successful candidate will work with colleagues across departments and with students across the curriculum so that they can be effective learners and develop their numeracy and literacy skills.
