For September 2018 we are seeking to recruit a HLTA with EAL experience to join our highly committed Inclusion team working alongside our team of TA’s and Student Support Workers. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working together with teenagers who struggle with aspects of their learning, who is able to assess their needs and develop and deliver appropriate curriculum for them including schemes of work and deployment of resources. Applicants with English as an Additional Language (EAL) experience are particularly desirable to suit our student’s needs for the current school year.  


This post is full-time permanent, working 36 hours per week 8.20am - 4pm Monday to Friday, term-time only. Our ideal candidate is able to start as soon as possible and ideally by 2nd July to enable a full-handover period.
