History Teacher

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher from September 2021. This is a full time permanent role. The post would suit an NQT or a more experienced colleague. The successful applicant will be able to teach History across the full age and ability range up to Key Stage 5. Ideally applicants will also be able to teach RE as a second subject.
The King Edward VI School based in Morpeth, is approximately 15 minutes north of Newcastle upon Tyne. We provide education for over 1400 students from Years 9-13, with a thriving Sixth Form of around 450 students.
