A school in Rugby has asked us to find a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for the start of September.

This is a modern primary school based within Rugby  

The school’s ethos is that it provides a safe and happy learning environment and high-level teaching to all pupils with its teachers adapting the process to each individual child’s needs. Therefore the school requires a teaching assistant who is organised, can quickly integrate in to the classroom and support the teacher in managing the class behaviour. 

This role would have a specialist leadership opportunity as Pupil Premium Champion and able to cover the whole school in case of any staff absence or planned meetings or training. 

The school requires a teaching assistant who can support pupils with a practised approach. The role involves the applicant supporting classroom management and building pupil motivation in order to create an innovative working environment.
