Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of an Alternative Provision in West Bradford that caters for pupils aged between 11 and 19 with Social Emotional and Mental Health Issues that have been removed from mainstream education and placed here to better meed their educational needs. This school are looking for a HLTA to start from September to work with their pupils towards achieving Level 2 Functional Skills Maths and English. The successful candidate will also be supported on their way to becoming a fully qualified Teacher with QTLS status. The successful candidate will be tasked with working with small classes of between 4-7 pupils which will be made up of pupils aged between 11-19 under direction of the Leadership Team. 


To be considered for this role you will need the following:


  • Qualified HLTA
  • Experience working with children and young adults in a similar role within or outside a school setting
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
