We have a new position for an enthusiastic Hospitality Manager to join our Catering team.  You will be responsible for managing the day-to day front of house catering function, together with all hospitality and events activity.  Involving all planning, logistics and financial aspects of running an event.  

You will support the Head of Catering in identifying the teams training needs, and designing and delivering a training plan.  

You will assist with the presentation of the food service areas and event food to ensure creative and engaging displays, to match the client demographic.  

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a passion for food and excellent customer service
  • Be highly organised
  • Be an effective communicator 
  • Have a relevant hospitality/catering qualification, and a food service / hospitality background
  • Have experience of planning and delivering varied bespoke events
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have a working knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety
