About the role:

To teach on a range of courses within the Hairdressing or Beauty therapy curriculum area from level 1-3 Hairdressing and Beauty therapy including make up, and to carry out related duties in terms of marking and preparation, staff and curriculum development, course administration, student tracking and internal verification.

About you:

You must have appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in hairdressing and or beauty education and/or the industry, you will have a teaching qualification or the You will have a history of teaching within a vocational (or similar) context to a high standard, with personal/group tutoring experience and of teaching a variety of NVQ/VRQ units in hairdressing or beauty therapy including make-up from levels 1 to 3, you will have an assessors and internal verifier qualification. You must have the ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies.
