We are seeking a pair of House Parents to join our thriving school with responsibility for providing a secure and stimulating environment for Sixth Form students in which they can flourish; working within the framework of the school’s boarding principles, supporting and providing care to the boarders in respect of their emotional, academic or social development.
The successful candidates will be highly organised, committed to boarding life, creative problem solvers with excellent communication skills. The position would suit a couple with experience of a similar role and will require teamwork, flexibility, compassion, resilience and a good sense of humour.
These are full-time residential positions during term time and duties will be primarily based in the Queen Elizabeth II boarding house, a Sixth Form boarding house for male and female students aged 16-18 years.
Accommodation is suitable for a couple.
