The successful candidate will have proven people management and administration skills to ensure that the House provides development, structure and motivation to enable the girls and house staff to achieve collectively and individually. As a member of the Housemasters’ and Housemistresses’ Committee, you will play a major part in the pastoral management of the College. We welcome applications from candidates in either the state or independent sectors with experience of boarding.

We offer excellent working conditions set in beautiful grounds. Our salary package, which includes family accommodation, will recognise your experience, qualifications and commitment.
