Salary: H6, Point 16 £29,700

Hours: 36 hours, Monday – Thursday 7:45am – 3:45pm (45min break),

Friday 7:45am – 3:30pm (45min break) hours negotiable for the right candidate

Location: Main base is at Rooks Heath School; however, you will be required to work at, and need to be able to travel between the other local establishments.

We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team working across schools within the Trust. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced HR Administrator to join our growing friendly HR Services team.

In this role you will support the HR services function through an efficient delivery of professional, approachable, and helpful HR service across the MAT. You will be the first point of contact for staff so will need to be well organised and work efficiently under pressure. You will be responsible for responding to all employee queries including employee relations, absence management, recruitment and selection, induction and probation, onboarding and payroll. 

We have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and promoting high performance, you will be proactive in approach, adaptable and able to prioritise workload according to deadlines. You will work in partnership with management and have excellent communication and administrative skills. Full training on the HR systems and processes will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to support in providing first class service across the MAT.
