The David Ross Education Trust is looking for an ambitious HR Administrator to join our head office team based in Loughborough.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a dynamic and innovative Multi-Academy Trust. You must have excellent and natural interpersonal skills with effective administration skills to work as part of our HR Team.
As the HR Administrator you will provide highly effective administration support to our Academies based from our Head Office in Loughborough. You will be responsible for supporting the HR Team to deliver our People Strategy as well as supporting academies on operational delivery of recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, employee engagement, policy development, training, TUPE and restructuring programmes.
Salary & Benefits
Salary £20,000 to £22,000 pa (Dependent of Experience)

Successful experience of working within an administrative role
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Experience of working with confidential information on a daily basis
