Salary scale 5 £12,202 - £13,297 actual salary
A new opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join our HR Department. From taking ownership of the end to end Employee Life Cycle processes, including recruitment and system set up, to supporting managers with employee relations cases and absence management, you will be operating at the very heart of HR within our business.
A knowledge of generalist HR practices are an essential part of the role. The ideal candidate will be organised and able to work using their own initiative, whilst also being a team player supported by colleagues within the HR Department.
The successful candidate will enjoy a generous annual leave entitlement (closed 5 days in December), have access the Local Government Pension Scheme, and can take advantage of training and development opportunities to advance their career.
