St Joseph’s is a successful oversubscribed Catholic college in Swindon. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to act as an HR Apprentice within our College. You will be working towards a work based qualification which is nationally recognised, with the help and support of the College and our learning provider. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience and life skills, which will give you a structured route into the industry.
The role involves:
- assisting with the recruitment process
- assisting in collecting the required documents and ensuring correct checks are in place for new starters
- assisting in maintaining HR records
- assisting in monitoring the absence of staff
- producing documents using a variety of software
- assisting in ensuring that employees are paid correctly
- general administrative duties including answering the telephone, email queries, photocopying, filing and scanning.
