HR Business Partner

Salary: Grade 7, £30,451 - £33,782 per annum 

Working hours: 37 hours per week, all year round

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources Team at The Two Counties Trust. You will join a team of dedicated, likeminded HR professionals delivering an excellent service to the schools within our Trust. 

Day to day you will work with a cluster of schools and will be responsible for delivering a first-class service providing advice and guidance on a range of employment issues. The role will advise on both policy and employment law and will work on case management involving disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and overseeing recruitment.  

The ideal candidate will hold the Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources practise and have up to date knowledge of employment law. 

Experience of working with complex casework is essential, including managing absence, discipline and grievance processes. Experience of successfully managing recruitment processes is also essential. 

We are seeking to appoint a confident communicator who has the ability to build meaningful positive professional working relationships with our employees and leadership teams. You must share our goal to deliver an outstanding service to the schools within our trust so experience of strong customer service skills within HR is essential.  

Although not essential, experience of working within education and knowledge of Keep Children Safe In Education would be advantageous.
