We are seeking to appoint an HR Cluster Coordinator to provide operational HR support for our Birmingham & Staffordshire cluster of schools.  This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our HR Hub team looking after 10 academies.

Do you like to work in a friendly and supportive team?  Can you support and contribute to the team and wider AET objectives and complete work that contributes to the best education our students can have?  Are you unusually brave; can push the limits and be big-hearted - then come and work with us.

This is a varied and busy role; you’ll assist and support in the delivery of effective HR operations across a group of academies.  You will have responsibility for HR administration service, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including recruitment and selection (organising interviews through to offers of employment, and onboarding) , data management and reporting (producing HR management information and reports, maintaining staff records), payroll information (starters, leavers, variations, absences for completion by the payroll team) employment compliance and general HR administration as well as providing a full range of administrative and operational support to the HR Cluster Manager and HR Cluster Advisor.  The successful candidate will be based at Greenwood Academy, Birmingham but some travel may be needed on occasions to visit other academies in the Cluster.  We offer a hybrid approach to working so we can be flexible.

If you’re a highly-skilled, forward-thinking team player with good planning and organising skills with a passion for or experience of HR, then we’re keen to hear from you!

This post is due to commence as soon as possible.
