We are seeking to appoint a HR Generalist to join our busy HR team, to assist the Head of HR in providing a professional, cost effective and highly functioning HR facility which supports the School’s leadership teams in the achievement of overall business objectives.
You will be responsible for a varied and fast-paced workload including project and casework, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing a complete recruitment service for managers, developing and delivering induction and training programmes and taking the lead in supporting and advising mangers through attendance, performance, grievance and disciplinary issues.
We are keen to hear from candidates with previous experience of working in a HR generalist capacity. You must be qualified to CIPD Level 7 with an up to date knowledge of Employment Law. Strong team working and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a standalone capacity and prioritise a varied workload.

Mount St Mary’s College is an HMC independent day and boarding school for boys and girls, including A-Level studies. Our Preparatory School, Barlborough Hall is a day school and includes a Nursery provision.
