The Wythenshawe Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a HR Manager / Administrator to the central team of the Trust.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a diverse and challenging role to develop themselves further professionally. We are looking for an individual who would complement our Senior Executive Leadership, Finance and HR team’s excellent reputation. 

The main duties of the role are: 

• Management of the whole recruitment needs of the Trust

• Assist the Strategic HR Officer with lower level HR matters and absence management

• Maintain and develop the Trust’s website and Trust Governor 

• Support the Senior Executive Leadership Team with its admin and organisational needs


The successful candidate will:

• Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations

St Paul’s is a mixed, comprehensive, Roman Catholic secondary school situated in Newall Green, Manchester. Operating under the Diocese of Shrewsbury, St Paul’s is part of the multi-academy Wythenshawe Catholic Academy Trust (WCAT), which also supports three local schools at primary level. Slightly smaller than the average secondary school, it will provide 900 places for pupils aged 11-16, when fully subscribed.

The school reopened as an academy in March 2013.
