Your new school

Hasmonean Multi-Academy Trust is a centre of academic excellence in North West London. The performance of the two schools in the Trust put them amongst the very top comprehensives in the country. Your new role

We are looking to appoint an effective and efficient HR Manager. The post holder will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations for the MAT. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and experienced individual to join our team.

What you'll need to succeed

• GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths grade C or above
• CIPD Qualification at least level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management (desirable)
• Proven HR generalist experience
• Experience of working in Education or Local Authority
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
• Sensitivity to the school ethos
