Responsible to: Trust Head of HR
Hours: 37 hours per week /52 weeks
Location: Sawtry but with regular travel across, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Northamptonshire.
CMAT have an exciting new opening for a HR professional. The role of HR Manager is a newly created role, established to provide support to the Head of HR, management of the HR team, professional advice to schools as well as managing their own portfolio.
The person we are looking for must be used to working in a fast paced environment, where flexibility, excellent customer service, resilience and humour are a must. The way we operate HR is changing and the HR Manager will be pivotal in supporting the Head of HR to embed changes whilst building a credible internal HR service.
We are looking for in particular:
• high level of complex ER experience
• experience of managing a team – some based remotely
• commitment to customer service
• experience of job evaluation schemes
