                                   Grade: S02 – P01                     

Great Oaks College opened in 2018 for young adults aged 19-25 with special educational needs and is now in the third year of its expansion phase, with the expectation of being at full capacity from September 2021. 

We are looking to appoint a HR Officer to support the provision of a professional human resources function, ensuring compliance with school policies, employment legislation and best practice, promoting effective employee relations. The ideal candidate will have relevant HR experience and knowledge, be highly organised and able to act with integrity, compassion and empathy. Contract Type: Full time: Term time only plus 2 weeks 

Hours of work: 36 hours per week. (8am to 4pm)

Pay Scale:           Scale S02-P01 (Points 26 – 30) depending on experience. 

Actual pay         £29445 to £32472 per annum

The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment induction.
