Role Title: HR Projects Manager

Location: Deeside

Contract Type: Management, full time

Salary: £46,835 - £52,412

 Salary will be based on a salary assessment and experience. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the hugely welcoming and supportive HR Management team at Coleg Cambria.  

The role is responsible for leading and managing on the HR transformational projects agenda to deliver the provision of a high quality operational HR function in line with the HR Strategy.  

With a focus on continuous improvement, we require a MCIPD L7 qualified candidate who can meet our essential requirements of having at least 5 years experience and knowledge working within the HR field, with a thorough knowledge of a wide range of HR best practice people concepts. With a proven track record of successfully managing a wide range of HR projects through to completion. Candidates must have experience of partnering effectively with internal stakeholders including the senior management team.

The college operates agile working practices to meet the operational and strategic needs of the College.  The role will primarily be based at our Deeside site, however, candidates must be willing to travel regularly to other sites ( expenses can be claimed),
