Are you an experienced business manager looking for an exciting new challenge?

If so, then consider becoming the Hub Business Manager overseeing our Spire Hub group of schools in the Salisbury and surrounding areas. 

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of financial management and business operations for each of the schools along side the Headteachers and Chair of Governors. You will be responsible for long term financial and day to day plans, working alongside the Trust.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, budgeting and forecasting and business operations along with Human Resources and facilities experience. You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, as well as strong problem solving and decision making skills.
